Luther Elliott – President and CEO
President and founder of Information Systems Resources, one of only a few companies worldwide that provides cradle to grave IT asset management.
Elliott follows the Six Sigma quality management principle and trains his employees to practice the same quality techniques.
Luther has been in business with ISR for 20 years, and has 20 year prior sales experience. Prior to launching ISR, he served in IT sales for Midwest Business Systems. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication and business from the University of Detroit.
Mary Rose Elliott - Vice President Human Resources
Provides ISR with over 20 years Sales and Purchasing experience. Mary has developed relationships with all our reseller partners that benefit our customers.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
Erica Pappalardo – Senior Account Executive
Erica graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Marketing from Cleary University, a small private business school located in Ann Arbor Mi. "After completing school I started my sales career and currently, I have 5 years experience." Erica's duties at ISR include:
Developing and managing large accounts
Prospecting to bring in new business
Meeting with potential clients to further discuss our services and what ISR can do for their organization.
Creating a long lasting relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Harold Higgins –Staging Manager
Harold brings 20+ years of experience in warehousing, purchasing, scheduling, shipping, and inventory control to ISR. He has a real focus on obtaining complete "customer satisfaction" using his many years of experience in various fields. Harold has a AAS degree in Business.
Turner Royster –Staging Department
In March of 2005, Turner Royster came on board as an ISR Warehouse Associate. During that time, his responsibilities included a host of detail oriented assignments. Among them were, hard drive and data overwrite services, drilling hard drives, material handler, and backup truck driver for all ISR accounts.
Within 1 year from Turner's start date, he became the primary truck driver for the DMC account; shortly thereafter he was promoted to the DMC Staging Department, where his new responsibilities were to take place. Which included, receiving all DMC affiliated equipment, asset tagging all machines, maintaining warehouse inventory, accuracy, and upkeep, re-imaging thousands of machines.
Turner continues in the staging department till present day, striving to give both ISR and the customers of its clients the best service possible.
